Accommodation and Website Terms
These are the basic conditions for reserving and staying at Gensen Villa MIMIU. Plan-specific conditions, the reservation screen, and the confirmation email take precedence where they apply.
Scope
These terms apply to accommodation contracts between the hotel and guests, and to related services. Where applicable law or separately stated conditions differ from these terms, those conditions take precedence.
Reservation confirmation
A reservation is confirmed when the hotel or booking provider accepts the booking and the reservation details become available for confirmation. The reservation screen and confirmation email set out the stay details, rates, meal arrangements, and cancellation conditions.
Rates and payment
Room rates, taxes, service charges, prepayment requirements, and settlement of incidental charges follow the conditions shown at booking. Except as required by law or the reservation conditions, we will not change a confirmed rate after booking.
Information at check-in
At check-in, we may ask you to provide guest names, contact details, addresses, and other information required by law. Please cooperate if identification or other supporting documentation is requested.
Changes and cancellations
Please change or cancel a booking through the method designated for its booking channel. Cancellation charges are governed by the cancellation policy shown at booking. Reservations made through a third-party website or travel agency are generally subject to that provider’s procedures and conditions.
During your stay
Please respect the facilities, furnishings, other guests, and the surrounding area. We do not permit dangerous or prohibited items, conduct that disturbs others, unauthorised commercial activity or photography, misuse of facilities, or other conduct that compromises safety or operations.
Refusal or termination
We may decline accommodation or terminate an accommodation contract where false information is provided, payment cannot be confirmed, laws, public order, or these terms are breached, or there are unavoidable safety, hygiene, or operational concerns.
Liability and force majeure
Where we cannot provide accommodation because of reasons attributable to us, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable law. We may not be responsible for changes or cancellations caused by disasters, transport disruptions, government requests, equipment failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms when required by law or because of changes to our services or operations. Updated terms apply once posted on this website; however, reservations already confirmed remain subject to the conditions presented at the time of booking.
