Membership Terms
These terms set out the basic rules for using our member services safely and comfortably.
Scope and registration
These terms apply to everyone who uses Gensen Villa MIMIU member services. Please provide accurate and current information when registering. Guests under the age of majority should obtain parental or guardian consent where necessary.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your email address, password, and other login information. Accounts may not be transferred, lent, shared, or used by another person. We are not responsible for loss arising from inadequate account management by a member.
Updating your details
Please promptly update your member profile when your name, contact details, email address, or other registration details change. We are not responsible when important notices cannot be delivered because the registered contact details are inaccurate.
Viewing, changing, and cancelling reservations
The member page may allow you to view your own reservations. Changes and cancellations are subject to each reservation’s displayed conditions and the accommodation terms. Some booking channels may not support these procedures through the member page.
Prohibited conduct
You must not register false information, use another person’s account, make fraudulent reservations or payments, attempt unauthorised system access, harm the rights or reputation of the hotel or others, use member benefits for commercial purposes, or engage in other inappropriate conduct.
Suspension or cancellation of membership
We may limit or suspend all or part of member services, or cancel registration without prior notice, where these terms are breached, misuse is suspected, an account is inactive for an extended period, or this is otherwise necessary for service operations.
Changes or termination of services
We may change, suspend, or end member services for system maintenance, legal compliance, operational needs, or other reasonable reasons. We will notify you of significant changes through this website, your registered email address, or another appropriate method.
Withdrawal and inquiries
To withdraw from membership, please use the member page or contact our inquiry desk. After withdrawal, personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. The inquiry desk can also assist with questions about these terms.
